Nice and very hard to find 1930s Ice Cream scooper w a celluloid handle, which I think dates it to the 30s or 40s. It has a metal push lever mechanism, I could not find a makers name. It's in good condition with some signs of wear and age, most notable some rust to the bottom of the handle.
