A traditional Hawaiian design, this ring features engraved designs of Plumeria, Maile (a leafy vine native to the islands,) and waves. It's a design used throughout the last century, with history that can be traced back to the 1800s, when Hawaii was a kingdom.  These designs are still in use today and modern equivalents can be found by many Hawaiian artisans and silversmiths.
