Handmade Victorian Style Dress Blue White Lace Bustle

This is handmade so there are no tags or size. I believe this to be Victorian style and could have been made as a costume. It has a zipper at the back and the neck closes behind the head with Velcro. I can definitely see this as a uniform in a Victorian themed venue. I have listed it as an XL but please check these approx measurements. 21” underarm to underarm, 19” across waist area, 54” long. No apparent flaws.
