100% cotton, lightweight, high waisted skirt and matching halter crop top. Can be worn tied like bathing suit top or loose as crop top. The top was repurposed from a damaged/ill fitting one to be more flexible in size and to a more flattering style. Skirt has not been changed and is in great shape. Super flattering and wonderful for a sunny day, festival or picnic!
