Handmade Noel Banner
Burlap banner hanging from a wood dowel.
Letters are needlepoint with sequins and beads, felt applique Christmas tree and star
Banner measures approximately 23. 5" long and 9. 5" wide. Dowel is approximately 10. 5" wide. Plastic loop on back for hanging.

CONDITION
A few missing stitches on the "L". No other noted flaws.
