Hand Embroidered Floral Peasant Top - Rich Blue

This lightweight blouse is a polyester/ viscose blend and is super soft to the touch. The rich deep blue is accented but beautiful hand embroidered flowers and berries. The manufacturing tag is in tact, Lily hand made in China. But there is no longer a size tag. Please refer to measurements.
