Elaborately hand embroidered Bedouin jacket in rust/maroon color covered in detailed multicolor cross-stitch hand embroidery. Classic and very versatile piece in incredible colors! Embroidered scallop trim neckline and sleeve hems. Design is age-old geometric motifs in magenta, green, teal, coral, yellow, black, blue, orange, and white. Lined in black fabric with black under-arm sleeve panel (most likely to prevent piling or damage to the embroidery when wearing. Open front jacket, no buttons or zippers. Condition: excellent vintage condition – embroidery and overall condition is fantastic. Only thing to note is a couple of tiny light spots on black under-arm sleeve panel fabric. These may also wash out. Belt styled with jacket in photos is not included.
