Size - not marked, no tag, but I'm guestimating a modern 10. I wear about a 12, and this is just a bit small on me, so I suspect around a 10 but please go off of measurements. 

No material content tag but he's known for his use of linen, and this seems to match that. No care tag either.

Very Good Vintage Condition - shows light signs of wear from use and age. Small spot on the front chest, as shown in photos. Doesn't seem to be a hole or snag, not sure what it's from. 

Measurements, approx, laying flat, buttoned/zipped as appropriate and unstretched:

Chest - 19”
Shoulders - 16”
Waist - 18. 5”
Sleeve - 15”
Front Length - 19. 5”

*sleeve is measured from neck to bottom hem of sleeve.
*front length is from highest point at shoulder to the hem.
