This vintage hand crafted shirt reflect beautiful Guatemalan craftsmanship from hand embroidered details and zig zagged stitches and sleeves and neck. Toggle tie opening at neck front. Pretty little side slits for comfort. There’s a 42 label inside however I recommend only for small- photographed on a small mannequin and it’s a great fit.
