Nice 1944 slip cover edition of Green Mansions by W. H Hudson. It's beautifully illustrated by E. McKnight & designed by Stefan Salter. I especially love the use of green ink for the "black and white" drawings that head each chapter.

In good vintage condition overall, the slip cover has some damage and is loose near the top (see photo) but it did a good job protecting the book which is very good shape with just some light foxing to the edges. There is also a vintage bookplate on the first page.
