This lovely vintage skirt suit from Douglas Hannant features a wide silk organza collar with waterfall lapels The jacket closes with two black leather (or faux leather) laces, and it has 3/4 raglan sleeves. The A-line skirt has a waistband and a hidden back zipper. The fabric is a black & white weave in a soft wool and silk blend that almost looks like raw silk (best seen in the second photo). Both pieces are lined in white silk. Labeled size 8, but the skirt waist appears to have been professionally altered to make it a little larger. Please refer to the measurements for additional guidance regarding size.

JACKET MEASUREMENTS
- Shoulder width is about 16"
- Chest is about 38" after doubling underarm width.
- Waist is 34. 5" with jacket completely closed.
- Sleeve length is 19"
- Length is 23. 5" down center back excluding collar.

SKIRT MEASUREMENTS
- Waist is 32"
- Hips measure 40" about 8" below waist
- Length is 22. 5"

CONDITION
Beautiful with no condition issues. Skirt waist might have been altered a little larger.
