This vintage convex gold heart pin is cast metal that has been plated gold with a textured surface and several cut swish shapes to accent the gold. Set in the middle of the 1.25 inch heart is a 3/8 inch raised garnet red cut glass stone. There is a 1 inch gold roll over safety clasp pin on back.

This gold brooch is marked, " c. JJ" on the back, made by the high end jewelry maker of the time.
