Avant Garde statement hat. Totally gold in color with a rounded fitted cap as the base. The back holds a huge wave of gold stiff net with a rosette center. The interior is finished with a black fabric along with the standard petersham ribbon. I will include an elastic placement band that can be inserted for security.

Inner circumference is 21 inches. Netting has a spread of 15 inches.
