Spine is intact with all pages intact. Some small edge rips on dust jacket which has protected the interior cover nicely. No fading to lettering on dust jacket. Super clean interior, no cooking spills on interior pages! No pen marks, not ex library. Very clean cover, not faded! Book appears it was rarely if ever cracked open. Very nice! It would look smashing on that cookbook bookcase!
