Vtg Forrester's Portland OR elastic waist waterproof goretex golf rain pants. Wide leg and high waisted, easy to wear with boots and over your regular pants. There are some surface spots but not super noticeable. Fully lined. Modeled on a size L model which is why they look oversized.
