Tie-waist flor crop top and wrap skirt matching set. Style is 90’s does 70’s. The top has a notched collar and mother of pearl buttons. You could make the skirt smaller or larger by moving the buttons. There is some slight discoloration on the collar by the neck, it is not visible when wearing. The top hits below the waist on petite folks and the skirt is about ankle length. Will be more cropped/short on taller people! No size or material tags. The material feels like a satin poly blend.
