Designed to attract attention, this headpiece combines clear oval rhinestones, a center round rhinestone brooch and a double layer of sheer softly ruffled fabric veil style. All of this trim is attached on a black fabric headband. It can be worn on your forehead in traditional flapper style or at the crown of your head in contemporary style.
