This gorgeous dress from the 1930s is made of silk velvet burnout fabric. It's slinky and soft at the same time! Adorned with rhinestone embellishments that haven't lost any stones! It has tulip sleeves and a sexy low back. The hemline flares out beautifully due to the angled, somewhat mermaid like cut. The angled empire waist is typical of the 1930's and is SO flattering to the figure, unlike the empire waist of the 60's, the under bust seam angles down so as to avoid that " pregnant" look!
