From a Texas ranch estate we are liquidating, this was a custom piece and was meant to last because it was MADE TO LAST! Extremely high-end detail and workmanship....The color is GORGEOUS and lush, there are hidden front pockets and hidden belt loops/slits in case you want to wear a belt on the outside or inside.(Belt shown not included)....LOVE THE FIFTIES DETAILS of the square collar, FULL SWING SKIRT, and interesting extras on the cuffs....EXCELLENT vintage condition - fur is in amazing shape for its age; the front pockets can use a little stitching from use (see pic of this), but doesn't show when worn.
