Near MINT Condition - This Lovely is qualified as Near MINT. There has been some slight fringing of the lace. All of the loose threads have been trimmed. There are a couple of very minor picks on the front. It is hard to find them. I think someone has been washing it in the washing machine, rather than hand washing. It is a Beautiful Piece and Ready to be Loved and Enjoyed.
