Cut very full but Judging by the sleeve length this may have been a child’s set

Voluminous raglan sleeves. There are no fasteners at the sleeve cuffs

There is a single snap fastener at the neck

The skirt is a rectangle roughly folded over at the top to insert the drawstring.

Maker: Unknown, hand-made. I was told when purchased that this was Romanian from the 1930s or 40s, but I’m not certain that is accurate as the coloring of the embroidery is different from what I’ve previously seen.

Condition: Good. There is yellowing at the back of the neck and the front of the skirt. The hem of the top and the waist of the skirt is roughly finished. There is a rather discreet 1” mend to the sleeve.  See photos. Arrives clean, sturdy, and ready to wear.
