Victorian / Edwardian cotton drawstring corset cover. Narrow bands of lace trim the sides and neckline. The front holds two rows of wide ruffles and there is a tie drawstring on each side at the waist.

Not sure exactly what this piece was designed for but it would be great for nursing as it is open on both sides.

There are 3 small holes. 1 at the left edge of the ruffle in front, 1 near the hem and 2 in the back. There is also several tiny spots of soiling. It has been given a gentle handsoak.

No labels or sizing as I'm sure this is handmade.
