Wonderful antique edition of the "The Beauties of Friendship", edited by Sam Woolard. Its a collection published in 1909 featuring many beloved poets. Measures about 8.5" by 5". Red suede cover embossed with the title. Inside cover are red moire and the pages have deckled edges. There is a pressed flower from some previous owner still pressed within the ages. I'll leave it for you to decide to keep or not but I think it's pretty charming. There is one colored illustration in the front. I didn't see any others but there are three photos of children towards the end on one page.
Excellent vintage condition. The pages are yellowed but intact and not brittle. There is minor wear befitting its age. The suede cover does tend to leave a bit of red behind if you rub it on something so the dye is certainly not color fast. Just an fyi for where you choose to keep it.
