1900’s Antique Riding Pants Exaggerated Hip AS IS

Very as is, super old piece with peeling dry leather at the calves, two latches missing, staining, worn in with so much character. I must admit, I am a bit unsure of the exact era of these thus the vague time. They could be as new as the 30's, possibly even a costume. If you have any info, please share!
