Absolutely OVER THE TOP beautiful early 1980's gown. Azure blue lightweight taffeta with gorgeous details. Sweetheart neckline with a nipped bodice and princess waist. Dramatic puffed and ruffled sleeves that can be worn on or off the shoulders. Full skirt with ruffled tiers and bow in front and back. Long nylon zipper up the back.

A wonderful Cinderella or even Village Belle (just add an apron) dress for Dapper Day.
