Very unique ivory feather pillbox style hat dating to between 1910 - 1920. Body is a black velvet with only the crown showing. Sides are completely covered in short off-white feathers. Interior is lined with a black fabric.

Inner circumference is 24 inches. Measuring on the outside, side to side is 16 inches.

As for the condition, the feathers are loose. They need to be glued down by an expert.
