Vintage 1980s New Looks California Tribal Pattern Fit and Flare/Skater Dress. Black and white pattern, Pockets, 3/4 sleeves, elastic waistband, back top zip. The flared skirt has pretty art deco-ish buttons. The fabric and size tag have been removed, but this feels like cotton, or possibly a cotton blend. In good vintage condition, with a couple of issues: 1) the top button on the skirt has a small discoloration (photo 7); 2) the bottom button on the skirt is missing, and that buttonhole has been sewn shut. I think this blends in pretty well with the pattern, but please see photos 8, 9, and 10; 3) There is light staining on the top of the round neckline (photos 11 & 12). The dress has been priced accordingly. No size tag, but the below approximate flat lay measurements indicate that this would best fit a Large. Please compare the measurements to an item that fits you well to ensure proper fit.

Waist: 11” flat; is elastic, and stretches to 18”
