Vintage '90s Ronni Nicole Forest Green Velvet Maxi Dress. Empire waist, scoop neck, long sleeves. 90% Polyester, 10% Spandex. Excellent vintage condition. It was hard to show the true color of the dress in the full length photos; photos 3-5 give a better idea of the color. Marked Petite size 2; since the fabric does have some stretch, I think it could fit a Small in addition to an XS, but please compare the below approximate flat lay measurements to an item that fits you well to ensure proper fit.
