Vintage 1970s Boston Maid Black Fit and Flare Party Dress. Black sequins surround the neckline and the elastic waistband. The bodice is accordion pleated. Slightly puffed sleeves. In good vintage condition; there are a few holes on the skirt that have been mended with black mending fabric. Given how the skirt falls in pleats, I don't think the hole in front would be noticeable when the dress is being worn (see the skirt in photo 4, and closeups of the holes in 5 & 6). The hole on the back left side of the skirt is more noticeable because the fabric around it is a bit raised (photos 7 & 8). Photo 9 shows another hole on the back skirt. The dress has been priced accordingly. Marked size 18; the below approximate flat lay measurements indicate that it is closer to an XL. Please compare the measurements to a dress that fits you well to ensure proper fit.
