Vintage '90s Express Oversized Sleeveless Grunge Drop Waist Maxi Dress. 100% Rayon, floral/leaf pattern on an ivory background. Buttons all the way down the front. In good vintage condition; it looks like there were repairs at both shoulders (frayed fabric), and a button was sewn on each shoulder (photos 9 & 10). The button on the right shoulder (photo 9) looks slightly different from the other buttons, but I don't think this is noticeable. There is also a hole at the bottom of the dress that has been repaired with a bit of mending fabric (last two photos). The dress has been priced accordingly. Marked size Small; the below approximate flat lay measurements indicate that it also fit a Medium. Please compare the measurements to your own to ensure proper fit (and keep in mind that it is designed to have an oversized fit).
