Vintage 1970s Smartee Togs of Texas Black and White Floral Print Fit and Flare Dress. Very lightweight polyester fabric. Boat neck with white piping. Very short sleeves. The waist is elastic and still has some stretch to it. Machine washable. In great vintage condition. The inside bib at the neckline has been sewn down from the inside, and the three places where this has been done (on both shoulders and the chest in front is visible, but just barely (see photos 8 & 9). This is shown from the inside in photos 10 & 11. There is one spot in the back where the inside bib is sewn down. No size is listed, but the below approximate flat lay measurements indicate that it would best fit a Medium (the waist would likely be a little loose). Please compare the measurements to a dress that fits you well to ensure proper fit.
