Vintage 1970s/1980s All That Jazz Metallic Silver and Black Mini Dress. Large shoulder pads, elastic waistband, asymmetrical hem. This could also work well as a blouson top over skinny pants. In very good vintage condition; you can see areas that are more black than metallic silver - mainly on the shoulders. I also see two small repairs on the left shoulder (close up in photo 12; area is shown from farther away in photo 11). Marked size Medium, but the below approximate flat lay measurements indicate that it might better fit a Large. The top is oversized.
