This is a simple and beautiful cobalt blue silk tunic dress with waist sash. The fabric is so soft and luxurious. I love this piece because it can be styled in so many ways. Wear it belted, or with the belt as scarf. Wear the tunic as a top with a pair of silk pants or very loosely tuck it into a pair of trousers with a shirt underneath! I could go on forever. Great vintage condition. I have washed it it with a gentle cleaning solution so it is ready to wear. There are very faint marks that you almost always get when washing silk. Hardly noticeable. 

It is a tag size 12. I think it fits more like a Medium / US 6.
