Spring has sprung! Frolic and twirl in this happy two piece set by Diane Freis. This two piece can be dressed up for a garden wedding or worn as separates with anything else in your closet!

The top has padded shoulders and a drawstring at the hem to cinch the waist. The skirt waist is elastic which accommodates multiple sizes.
