This is a brand new Mudd skirt size 0 with hand-tatted lace from the turn of the century sewn to the bottom. Toss it on over jeans, leggings, or a soft floral skirt. It buttons up the front with three metal buttons and has a slit pocket on each side. It has two back pockets and belt loops so you may wear a belt with it. The skirt is lightweight denim and does not have much give.
