The size Level 99 gives it is 00 I say go by the measurements for the best fit. It is made of spandex and cotton so it does have some give. It has a split in the front and the back.. It has vintage lace hand sewn on the right pocket in the front and both pockets back . It also has some sweet vintage gingham ruffle in the pocket..

The waist measures 28 inches, hips 34 inches., from waist to hem 22 inches. Fabric is classic jean fabric with 2% spandex so it has an inch or so give. l. It says machine wash on the label. I recommend hand wash or using a lingerie bag and drying flat. Price is for skirt only.
