Unique, vintage hand painted Vietnamese red velvet dress. This dress is special in so many ways, with the hand painted flowers to the snap closure. It's a rare and unique piece for sure! The dress is set in a rich and creamy velvet material. Starting at the neckline seam , around the sleeve and down the dress side seam there are small snap buttons that open and close the dress on each side. The Sleeves are slightly puffed at the top shoulder and slightly trim out down the length of the arm. The Center front, and down the side back of the dress are beautiful hand painted flowers and leaf design. The dress is fully open on each side and needs to be worn with a bottom skirt, or slack. In amazing vintage condition! Because the dress is hand painted the paint is cracking a bit, but almost adds to the beauty! Other than that, the dress shows sign of normal wear and tear, but nothing serious to note.
