I have several belts/sash available with similar pattern. I used to own one similar in the 80s...These are deadstock items from the Atlanta merchandise Mart from 80s/90s. By Cornucopia originating in Guatamala.

This is vibrant colored eletric blue and purple with fringed hem.

Black is interwoven, giving it almost a wild "animal print" appearance.
