The first two pictures are a similar size 10R pair shown on a medium-sized model with a 30" waist, 38" hips. The current pair being sold measures 1" bigger in the waist, 3" longer in the inseam, and has a 1" larger leg opening. The hip & rise measurements are the exact same. All other images of this item are shown on a M/L sized model with 34" waist, 42" hips. The fit was too tight/small.
