The dress is originally design as a youth size but plenty large enough to fit an adult. The dress is done in a lightweight cotton featuring a sweet primary color print with a little Dutch house and windmill inspired print. Construction features a sweet collar, puff sleeves, sweet button down bodice with bright yellow buttons, and shirring at the waist for a great nipped but comfy fit. The dress is knee length with a small ruffle near the hem. The buttons at the bodice are the only fasteners. Condition is listed as excellent, deadstock with original store tags still attached.
