The dress has a halter neck with an attached, tie-able waist sash.

This dress is in good vintage condition. There is one button that is no longer fabric covered, as pictured. This can easily be remedied with a tailor taking a piece of the fabric from the inside hem of the dress and covering the button! There is mild discoloration at the bottom hem from wear. It does not take away from the look of the dress.
