The sleeves are inset, wide and short, the fit is figure friendly, the fabric is "Wrinkle Resistant", there are 2 hidden side pockets and front closes with snaps.

Model coat style robes were originally named for the style of robes models wore between clothing changes during photo shoots. The concept was that nothing about wearing them was binding. For example, a model's robe would not leave marks at the model's waist where a regular robe would normally be tied.

Some people use the term "house dress" for this style because it could be worn when you are doing housework. You could feel comfortable answering the door wearing something like this that is not either sheer or revealing.

Remaining in Very Good Vintage condition, there are no snags, stains or odors and the hem is complete. All of the 9 front snaps work well.

The one thing to report is that the threads from the beading on the yoke show on the reverse side and some of those are loose. It is impossible to say if some beads are missing because those are not integral to the design of the yoke.
