Very nice true Coach "New York City" leather shoulder bag. This is
marked "Coach Leatherwear" with the serial: 0583-224, which dates it to the 1980s
and made in the original Coach factory in New York City which is why they are
referred to as "New York City" bags. A classic satchel style in a dark navy blue
it is finished with heavy brass hardware and includes 3 large pockets including
a zippered main compartment with a smaller zippered pocket inside on which you find the official
Coach mark and serial number. Also includes an adjustable strap.

In very good condition overall. The leather has been beautifully broken
in and the inside is clean. There is wear and signs of age and use, most
notably along the edges of the front flap (see photo) and to the shoulder strap,
along the edges. The most wear can be seen on the inside flap which is suede and
has some fuzz to the hide.
