Vintage hand painted cloisonne plate with ruffled edge and handles. The enamel paint is raised and adds texture. The edges are ruffled with handles along two sides. The plate measure 10" across and stands about 1.5" tall at the sides. The plate is a deep blue color covered with small green enamel dots. Other enamel paint colors are shades of beige and burgundy with gold accents. This plate is very heavy for its size and is in excellent condition with no cracks or chips. There is some light paint wear to the gold around the edge. It is minimal and not overly noticeable.
