This is a Very Rare Circa 70's Goutille Paris Dress. It is a Brand that was only sold in France during the late 60's and early 70's. It was most often Purchased by Celebrities. This Dress is done in a Beautiful Floral in Pink, Fushia, Green, and White. The Flowers look like Pink Hydrangeas. The Sleeves are 3/4 in length. It has a Square Neckline and a Pleated Bodice and Skirt.
