70s Brown Polyester Jersey Dress Cowl Neck Full Skirt$40.00
This disco-era 1970s dress in milk chocolate brown polyester jersey knit has an unusual, triangular draped panel below the scoop neckline. The neckline panel is backed with off-white jersey, to match the two-tone sash belt that cinches the dress at the fitted waist. Above the waist seam, the bodice is intended to have a slightly drape-y, loose fit, and below, the skirt is full and swingy, perfect for dancing! The three-quarter-length sleeves have gathered elastic at the cuffs. This sleeve elastic is a bit loose/less stretchy than it must have been originally. It could be replaced easily, if you prefer a tighter fit. The dress is unlined (except for a small panel of off-white jersey interfacing at the inner neckline), and it fastens in back with a nylon zipper. Other than the loose sleeve elastic, it has no issues to note and is in very good condition. It would also look lovely paired with a wider belt!
