There is a pull string to tighten the neckline and a ribbon at the empire waist to tighten to fit there as well. The bottom skirt is double layered. This is a rare XLARGE size shift with the chest fitting a 44-46". There are some brown spots that may come out with another oxiclean soaking and one very tiny hole that has been darned. The shoulder straps were also taken up at one time so could be let down again.
