This is a a really unique find, a cookbook comprised of Carolina Cuisine. Assembled by the "Junior Assembly of Anderson, SC" I would suspect most of these recipes come from the Upstate, South Carolina area which is where I live. A fun little time capsule of Souther food, including many family recipes!

It is in good condition overall, with some marks and normal signs of wear and age. Great design and includes original dust jacket, which does have a bit more wear.
