Made in Italy by Maison PHOLYA, this burgundy cloche style hat features a glitzy silver and black fabric band accented with an array of feathers and 3 faceted clear rhinestones. Versatile, the trim can be worn to either side, in front, or in back. This hat is easy to wear for a variety of head sizes. It is the classic cloche 1920's shape, one that has stayed popular for decades. In the photos I show several of the ways this fabulous hat can be worn.

The soft deep burgundy dome-shaped fabric is 57% polyester and 43% wool.

Inside it is 22 inches in circumference. There is a burgundy grosgrain ribbon lining.

The feather trim is overall 6 inches high and 9 inches wide.

It is in Excellent Vintage condition and as the photos show, it is a flattering and versatile shape. Both the inside and outside are quite clean. The feathers are all fluffy and the rhinestones are shiny.
