Beautiful brown velvet wide brimmed hat. featuring absolutely lovely pink silk and velvet millinery flowers. Hard to date because the style seems a little more 1970s 1980s does 1910s but the materials seem older. I suspect this was perhaps a costume piece and was added onto as the flowers are glued on, not sew in. Black lace band round the inside that I believe was added later as its glued in as well. Brown grosgrain band round the outside crown. Wire in the brim so you can shape it how you like it. Measures 20.5" round the inside and is meant to perch on the crown somewhat.

Excellent vintage condition. Apart from the flowers being a little squashed there really isn't anything worth noting.
